New celebrity mom, Julia Roberts, had been sent a one of a kind Baby Swags gift basket which contained pregnancy wear, infant clothing and many more work-at-home, mom-made or mom inspired products, all of which were essential to the remaining days of her pregnancy and the first days of her new baby's life.

Julia Roberts is best known for her role as Vivian Ward in the 1990 hit movie, "Pretty Woman," among many other great award winning films. Julia is also the mother of fraternal twins, Phinneaus and Hazel, who were born on November 28, 2004. She has just given birth to her third child, a son, Henry Daniel.

"All of the companies that had sent Julia their products has done so out of their admiration for the entertainer." said Phyllis Pometta, Founder of Baby Swags. "What truly sets Baby Swags apart from other entertainment marketing companies is that all the products gifted are hand made or have been inspired by a mom."

Julia had received a basket that contained products from the following hard working mom owned businesses that had an approximate retail value of $800.00.

My Baby Can Talk, www.mybabycantalk.com has provided their award winning sign language for babies dvd set.

Olive Dimpletons, www.olivedimpletons.com provided distinctive children's clothing such as their Organic T's for the twins and their organic onesie with matching Happy Hat for babe.

Stuff a Zoo, www.stuffedzootoyou.com - Provided Julia with their Bake 'n Bear Birthday Box to help celebrate the birthday or birth of a child. Each kit includes everything you need to stuff your new bear, as well as a cake-for-one to celebrate the happy occasion.

Molly Phillips, owner of Stuff a Zoo states, "At Stuff a Zoo, we have worked to make our products interactive. They are fun for kids and adults, and they are sure to create lasting memories for Julia and her new baby." She adds, "What a better way to create those memories than with your own PAWS."

The Gigi Blanki Co., www.thegigiblanki.com provided Julia with their 14"x20" custom made personalized 'blanki,' small enough for easy travel in diaper bags and purses, yet large enough to calm any fussy child.

ALTHOUGH Julia Roberts just gave birth to a new bouncing baby boy named Henry, don't expect the celebrity-obsessed magazines to engage in a high-stakes auction for the baby pictures.

Roberts, who makes gazillions per movie, just doesn't think it's worth auctioning off the photos of her children for big bucks as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did with their baby girl Shiloh, who commanded a seven-figure sum from People last year, or as Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes did for the October issue of Vanity Fair.

Three-and-a-half years ago, when Roberts had twins to show off, the photos ran in People but sources say she did not conduct an auction because, as one source said, "It's not her style."

"The most important thing is that Julia has a healthy baby," said Roberts' spokeswoman Marci Engelman. "Where the baby photos go hasn't even been thought about yet."

But you can't blame the magazines for daydreaming a little. "I'm very interested, I'd like them - plus her son is named Henry and so is mine," said People Managing Editor Larry Hackett. "But it's very early yet."

OK! and Vanity Fair magazines are the only other contenders for the rights, say industry sources.

Since People.com broke the news about the baby's birth, most observers believe they will get the first photos.

"They always get Julia," said one industry insider. "She's in their pocket."

The other celebrity weeklies are generally considered a notch below in the celebrity food chain, so that probably leaves out In Touch, Star Magazine and Life & Style.

Julia Roberts has welcomed her third child, a boy named Henry Daniel Moder.

Henry was born Monday in Los Angeles. He weighed 8 1/2 pounds, said Roberts' publicist, Marcy Engelman.

"All of the Moders are doing great," Engelman said in a statement.

Roberts, 39, and her husband, 38-year-old cinematographer Danny Moder, have 2-year-old twins, Hazel and Phinnaeus.

The couple were married in July 2002 at Roberts' home in Taos, N.M.

Roberts won the best actress Oscar in 2001 for "Erin Brockovich." Her screen credits also include "Steel Magnolias" and "Pretty Woman."

Roberts voiced the wise spider in the 2006 film adaptation of "Charlotte's Web." She'll next be seen in the drama "Charlie Wilson's War," directed byMike Nichols, which is scheduled for release later this year.

Pretty Woman even though he knew the film would be a big hit and Julia Roberts a massive star. The actor reveals he was director Gary Marshall's first choice to play opposite Roberts in the film - and he even read with the movie's star before passing on the project and allowing Richard Gere to take his place.

Speaking exclusively on CNN show Larry King Live, Pacino recalls, "I could tell Julia Roberts was a great actress... You could just see it. It was just so obvious. She had never done anything. I even said to Gary Marshall, 'This girl, where did you find her?'"

But Pacino felt sure the film wasn't for him after listening back to his reading with Roberts and realizing he was the wrong guy to woo her hooker character.

The adds, "There's a lot of reasons you don't do a movie... Sometimes it's geography, sometimes it's family, sometimes it's just not the right role for you and you don't feel you belong in that part."
